Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- You may request to cancel any order placed on todayinfotech.com within 12 hours of purchase.
- To cancel, please send a request to support@todayinfotech.com with your order number.
- Once your order is processed, delivered, or service has commenced, cancellation will no longer be possible.
2. Service or Subscription Cancellation
- Subscriptions and ongoing services can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@todayinfotech.com.
- For recurring plans, ensure cancellation is done at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are given for unused days.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are offered only if:
- A product is defective or not delivered
- A service is found unsatisfactory, per our Terms of Service
- All refund requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery or service provision.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items & Services
- Custom or one-off digital products
- Services already delivered or consumed
- Any third‑party goods or services
5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

- Your order number or subscription ID
- A brief reason for cancellation or refund
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
